Norchem ACT 100 is an inorganic non-volatile alkali designed for use in high and low pressure boilers. It inhibits corrosion and converts hardness into soft non-adherent sludge. ACT 100 is used for imparting alkalinity to boiler water and controlling it’s pH. It can also be used for cleaning boiler by internal treatment and as a neutralizer for evaporators after acid cleaning.

Norchem AF 112 is an effective and heavy-duty Nitrite Free antifreeze + coolant intended for use and compatible with any heavy and light duty diesel or gas engines. It is compatible with all vehicles, coolant colors and any Nitrite Free OAT engine. It eliminates the need to add supplemental coolant additives. The Nitrite Free formula provides excellent protection for aluminum and all other engine metals and protects against liner pitting and corrosion protections.

APPLICATION

AF 112 is mainly used to lower freezing point of water in refrigeration units, radiators and other cooling systems. AF 112 is also highly recommended as an excellent coolant.

Norchem CCT 111 is a multi-purpose fuel oil additive which catalytically reduces the formation of carbon deposits in diesel engines and boilers.

ADVANTAGES

Prevents carbon formation on burner tips, piston rings, nozzles and furnaces
Reacts with the vanadium products and converts them into a light, fluffy ash that can easily be removed with the fuel gases

Norchem FOT 110 – Fuel Oil Additive

Norchem FOT 110 is an effective fuel & sludge conditioner designed to eliminate sediment and sludge in fuel tanks.

ADVANTAGES

Reduces the growth and polymerization of asphaltenes. Prevents filter clogging and carbonization of burner tips and furnaces, thus improving heat transfer and atomization.
Contains strong demulsifying agents which release the water from the oil and improve the performance of the purifier.
Being alkaline in nature, it neutralizes the acids in the oil and reduces corrosion attacks on the total fuel system.
Fuel oil additive demulsifies the water/oil emulsions preventing bacteriological attack in water pockets in the fuel.

APPLICATION

Norchem FOT 110 is used in diesel engines and boilers residual fuels to combat problems in the pre-combustion stage.
